We prefer plasmid DNA (1µg or more) as starting material and will accept glycerol stocks shipped to us frozen on dry ice.
Q: How much material do I need to send?
1µg of Plasmid DNA with a minimum concentration of 50ng/µl is an ideal amount of starting materials.
